主要工作内容
这个岗位主要负责对工厂或仓库里的设备进行维修和故障排查。
需要在一定指导下，运用维修和设备管理的方法，做好预防性维修、预测性维修以及故障后的维修，确保设备能正常运转、提高工厂运行效率。
主要岗位职责
- 认真学习，掌握设备工作原理的构造、性能和易出故障的部位。
- 严格按照维修部制定的定期设备保养维护，会同操作人员作好设备的定期维护和修理工作。按要求填好保养记录表。
- 维修工要做到三好（管好、用好、修好）会（会使用、会保养、会检查、会排除故障）。维修设备时，必须及时通知各班长做好合理时间的安排。
- 做好厂区的公共设施/配电系统/燃气系统维护维修
- 负责申报备品备件备机的填充计划，报至维修工程师处。
- 设备发生故障时，及时参与抢修，以最快的速度排除，保证生产顺利进行。
- 服从维修主管/维修工程师，坚守岗位，对负责维修的设备要严格按照操作规程和质量标准维修，保证维修质量。降低设备返修率。
- 做好备件修旧利用，努力降低维修成本。
- 对使用工具妥善保管，认真保养。
- 完成领导交办的其他任务
- 了解弱电编程，简单故障排查。
- 适应三班倒工作制，配合部门工作需要的节假日或周末加班。
- 一专多能，愿意参与生产线操作工操作培训及日常工作安排。
任职要求
最低任职要求：
- 职高/大专及以上学历，持有低压电工操作证（安监局颁发）及高压电工证（安监局颁发）同时需通过维修部相关专业考试方可正式录用。
- 5年以上生产制造型企业同类岗位工作经验；
- 熟悉安全管理和食品安全相关的知识；
- 具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力、学习能力和团队协作能力；
- 积极上进、诚信正直、有事业心；
- 熟练使用Excel， word等常用办公软件。
基本要求：
- 符合公司其他相关最低要求（根据具体岗位或地区可能会有补充）
优先考虑：
- 有食品生产/加工现场相关工作经验的优先考虑；
- 有焊工证或具备焊接技能的优先考虑
